We were first-time home owners and Valerie made the process of buying a house extremely easy for us.
She was very prompt in sending us house options that were within our budget and matched our wish list( that we had shared with her). She was quick to point out things while viewing a house that as first-time home buyers we would have missed. After viewing, she lays down the pros and cons of each house. But having said that, she gives the buyer the freedom of deciding. We loved this quality of hers! She has loads of knowledge with her years of experience, that she shares throughout the buying process. I spent months working with another realtor with no luck finding my home so I made the switch to Valerie and that proved to be the best decision I've made in a long time. She goes above and beyond through the entire process. From finding the right homes for touring , to being there at the closing table, she made the process a great experience. As a first time home buyer there were plenty of things I needed assistance with and she was right there for any and every question I had. If you're having trouble getting the right documentation from different parties she doesn't hesitate to prod and keep things moving along smoothly. Simply one of the best buying experiences that I have had.
Took the time to understand my wants and very knowledgeable of the area when it came to schools and traffic and future plans of particular areas, etc. Always answered calls and texts and went above and beyond the expectations of the normal buying process.
